Chris Marcelle; BS, MBA, has over 30 years experience in Business development, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate. Chris started her Real Estate Career in New York in 1972. In 1984 moved to Florida and became a Realtor in 1985, Broker in 2000. Commercial courses with CCIM include Market Analysis and Financial Analysis. In 2011 she acquired her MBA and continues to keep current with the Market through various coursework, seminars and contacts. She has done many land deals, changed downtown districts, own and operated many brick and mortar businesses, sold business, multifamily properties, bought properties with no money down and even flipped properties. She has the uncanny ability to think outside of the box. One of her favorite deals was a commercial strip where the buyer traded a rental property, assumed the loan and came to the closing table with only $20,000 for a $880,000 property. Another was buying a commercial building, for no money, owner held paper (he came to closing and had to pay $315.00, she used no money, and in one year she sold the property and made $60,000 on the one property. Pretty cool stuff.
